RegimePlan is meal planning software for nutritionists and nutrition practices. It keeps each client's profile, meal plan and follow-ups in one place, in Arabic and English.
What RegimePlan does
- You build meal plans from your own templates and recipes, and calories and macros are calculated as you go.
- Your clients follow their plan in an app with your practice's name and logo, log what they eat and send progress updates.
- You see which clients need a follow-up, and you can message them on WhatsApp from your own number.
- AI features, such as Plan Copilot and recipe import, take on the slow parts of writing a plan.
Who it's for
Nutritionists, dietitians and coaching teams who follow their clients online, starting with practices in Egypt and the Arab world. You can start on your own and add staff members as your practice grows.

What it costs
Every practice starts on Free. The paid subscriptions, Growth, Pro and Clinic, add active clients and staff members. They're priced in Egyptian pounds, by the month or by the year, and you'll find the current prices on our homepage. The AI features draw on prepaid credit. Your clients never pay RegimePlan.
